Rebirth Guide
Rebirth is Plants vs Brainrots' permanent progression layer. You wipe your plants and cash, but keep a multiplier that makes the next run significantly faster.
What you keep vs lose
You keep: Rebirth count, the cash multiplier earned, gamepasses, redeemed codes' Lucky Potions and other items in your inventory, brainrot collection (the passive-income units).
You lose: All plants placed on your plot, current cash on hand, current biome progress.
When to rebirth
The rebirth multiplier scales non-linearly. A first rebirth at $100K cash earned roughly doubles your income; rebirthing at $1M cash quadruples it. The math favors waiting longer for each reset.
The practical rule: rebirth when your current cash income stalls relative to the next biome unlock cost. If you've been farming for 30 minutes and you're still 5x off the next unlock, rebirth and let the multiplier do the work.
How to bank for a big rebirth
- Place 3 Sunflowers and a Cactus on your starter plot.
- Let cash idle while you handle the first 2 biomes manually.
- Hit Mythical or Legendary in the shop? Buy it. Sell duplicates immediately.
- Watch for the Beli rate to hit a stable plateau — that's when your build is maxed for the current rebirth tier.
- Rebirth. Restart with the new multiplier. Repeat.
Common mistakes
- Rebirthing too early. The first rebirth feels exciting; the third feels grindy. Wait until each rebirth is worth at least 2x your last income peak.
- Selling brainrots before rebirth. Brainrots carry over. Don't liquidate them — they're your post-rebirth economy.
- Forgetting to claim Lucky Potions. They time-limit. Use them during a big shop refresh push.
